Senior CSR /Truck Dispatcher (3+ years BPO Experienced)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior CSR / Truck Dispatcher with a strong background in trucking BPO operations and a proven track record in freight dispatch and sales. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, negotiation, and managing carrier/shipper relationships while ensuring efficient freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads within the truck dispatch and freight sales market.
• Negotiate freight deals effectively to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth freight operations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Work night shifts as required to support business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in truck dispatch or freight sales, preferably in US/Canada markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a BPO setting (trucking/logistics).
• Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., TruckMate, McLeod, DAT).
• Knowledge of load boards and freight market trends.
