SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage shipments via sea, air, and land, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Handle all documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading, airway bills, customs documents, and other relevant paperwork.

Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure smooth shipment flow.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and handle exceptions or delays proactively.

Maintain accurate records of shipment activities, documentation, and customer interactions.

Support business development and account management teams by providing operational insights.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, including sea, air, and land transport coordination.

Sound knowledge of shipping documentation processes and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using freight management or logistics software such as JBM (Jupiter Management System) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in customer service or operations within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
