Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Roof Secure Insulation Contracting. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding inquiries and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, sales orders, and client communications.
• Assist the sales team in identifying leads and following up on pending quotations or projects.
• Support in preparing project submittals, agreements, and correspondence.
• Handle email and phone communication in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative support and ensure timely updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related field (construction, waterproofing, or contracting preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree (business or engineering background preferred).
