Inside Sales Coordinator

IT OR Software Industry Experienced candidate preferred

Customer Software Assurance & AMC Renewals:

· Manage and oversee the renewal process for Software Assurance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with existing customers.

· Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely renewals.

Quote Preparation:

· Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for pre-sales, AMC, and software assurance renewals based on customer requirements.

· Ensure quotes are aligned with pricing models and company standards.

Follow-up for Purchase Orders (PO):

· Follow up with customers for the timely issuance of Purchase Orders after sending out quotes.

· Track the status of POs and ensure all necessary documents are received to initiate the order processing.

Follow-up on Sent Quotations:

· Ensure timely follow-up with clients after sending quotations, addressing any queries, and ensuring customers' satisfaction with the provided proposal

Proposal & Tender Management

• Prepare new proposals based on client requests, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal standards.
• Attend proposal discussion meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and present drafts.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and Requests for Proposal (RFP), coordinating with relevant departments for technical and commercial inputs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
