Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative - Inbound, located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

• Experience in handling inbound calls and providing customer service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Ability to work on the Night Shift
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus
