Job Specifications

• Time: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Location: Plaza 145, Civic Center, Phase IV, Bharia Town, Rawalpindi
• Job Type: Onsite - Full Time
• Education: Bachelor’s any field (Under Bachelor's CVS won’t be entertained)
• Experience: 2+ Year in US Sales/Support Customer Services
• Skill Set: CRM. American Accent English

Job Description

• Exceptional and clear communication skills in English are essential.
• At least 2 or more years of experience working with US clients in a direct role.
• Provide outstanding customer support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone and email ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
• Has good analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with difficult customers at times.
• Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions, issues and resolutions accurately in order to communicate within cross functional teams of the organization.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
• Strong grip on MS Excel and other customer support tools.
• Collaborating with account management team to resolve issues in timely manner.
