Senior Customer Services Officer (Female) Call Centre Operations

At Halcyon Medical Centre, we’re committed to delivering a premium patient experience starting from the very first call. We’re looking for a confident, empathetic, and well-spoken female professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Services Officer for our Call Centre Operations.

Your Role:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Guide patients regarding services, procedures, and queries
• Coordinate closely with clinical and front desk teams
• Ensure every interaction reflects care, clarity, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation (mandatory)
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service / call centre operations
• Prior experience in Healthcare or Aesthetics industry will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Strong listening skills with a patient-centric approach
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Compensation:

• PKR 50,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
