A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Class Action Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York office. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, technology companies, and insurers in high-stakes litigation and class action defense matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Defend privacy and data breach class actions in state and federal courts nationwide, including multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, strike, and for summary judgment.
- Manage litigation strategy, case organization, and deadlines across multiple large-scale matters.
- Handle discovery, depositions, and expert coordination.
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations; draft settlement and approval filings.
QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts.
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California (or eligibility for admission).
- Demonstrated class action litigation experience required.
- Background in cybersecurity, privacy, or data breach defense strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience with large-scale e-discovery and multi-party litigation management.
- Working knowledge of federal and state procedural rules.
- Strong organizational and case management skills; collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary Range: starting at $200k and up! (depending on experience and qualifications).
