Senior Data Analyst

MoneyPay is a next-generation e-wallet for the sharing economy. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us and help make this transformation a reality.

As a Senior Data Analyst , you will be part of our team that develops, designs, deploys, and supports our data platforms to provide greater visibility into our products’ performance. You will be responsible for running descriptive analytics and BI projects, and contributing to the data analytics strategy, data management, as well as data science projects.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for understanding business problems and identifying the needs of cross functional teams,
• Build interactive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into product trends,
• Automate recurring reports and develop self-service analytics solutions,
• Turn data into actionable insights using PostgreSQL/BigQuery, Tableau, and (optionally) Python,
• Detect patterns and anomalies in large datasets and recommend improvements to processes and products,

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or similar),
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles,
• Experience in the fintech sector is preferred,
• Strong knowledge of SQL and any BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar),
• Python & Pandas is a plus; basic scheduling/ETL familiarity is nice to have,
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
