We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes. After a decade of growth later we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions.

Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people.

We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop robust reporting solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve critical business challenges. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in modern data platforms and a proven track record of delivering analytical solutions that drive business impact. This position report directly to Director of Data Science.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models in Snowflake to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
• Partner with clients and department leads to understand requirements, identify analytical opportunities, and translate business questions into technical solutions
• Optimize data pipelines and warehouse performance to ensure efficient data processing and reporting
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, implementing validation checks and monitoring processes
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices and documentation
• Conduct advanced analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets
• 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms
• 5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, including DAX calculations and data modeling
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
• Experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field

Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.
• Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
