About the Position:
This role, based within
OneIngage’s Data Analytics team
, is responsible for managing end-to-end measurement and data analytics processes across brands’ digital assets.
The main focus of the role is the setup of web and mobile measurement infrastructures, integration with marketing platforms, transforming collected data into meaningful insights, and reporting actionable results.
The
Senior Data Analytics Specialist
combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking to help brands strengthen their data-driven decision-making culture.
Qualifications:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in digital measurement, data analysis, or a related field,
-
Advanced knowledge of
Google Analytics 4
and
Google Tag Manager
,

Hands-on experience with
mobile measurement tools
(e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer),
-
Strong understanding of
marketing platforms’ measurement ecosystems
(e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok),
-
Proficiency in
SQL
and practical experience working with
BigQuery
,
-
Experience in
data visualization and reporting
using
Looker Studio
or similar BI tools,
-
Familiarity with
GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
products,
-
Ability to derive
strategic insights from data
and communicate them clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities:

Design web and mobile measurement strategies, define event structures, and manage implementation and testing using tools such as
GA4, GTM, Adjust
, etc.,

Manage measurement, data transfer, and
pixel / CAPI / Events API
integrations across marketing platforms (
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360
, etc.),
-
Conduct
audit and validation processes
to ensure the accuracy and completeness of existing measurement infrastructures, identifying improvement opportunities,

Perform
data querying, cleaning, modeling, and analysis
on
BigQuery
,
-
Generate actionable
insights and performance outcomes
from measurement data,
-
Support clients’
ad-hoc reporting needs
with timely and accurate data solutions,
-
Design
reports and dashboards
(via
Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Adverity
, etc.) that contribute to data-informed decision-making,
-
Contribute to
advanced analysis and automation projects
using
GCP
products,
-
Play an active role in cross-functional projects by combining technical and analytical perspectives.
