Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data modeling, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Perform predictive analysis and build forecasting models
Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with databases
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in construction, contracting, or engineering industries is a plus
