Description:
The Senior Analyst / Developer will execute analytics development, support training, and contribute to dashboards, automation, and prototype predictive analytics under senior guidance. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Candidates without an active clearance may perform unclassified preparatory work while clearance processing is underway.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for military and civilian interaction
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts
- Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse Army and contractor personnel
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards
- Support predictive analytics prototype delivery
- Assist in ORSA, analyst, and staff training
- Contribute to reusable analytics modules and instructional materials
- Support Lunch & Learn events and analytics adoption activities
- Support delivery of in-person and virtual Army Vantage training, including analyst, staff, and ORSA sessions
- Assist in development and refinement of training materials, exercises, and hands-on labs
- Serve as breakout session instructors or facilitators during training events
- Configure and maintain training-ready dashboards, datasets, and workflows for instructional use
- Support delivery of Lunch & Learn events, including demonstrations of existing dashboards and analytics products
- Provide on-the-floor and post-training student support during and after training sessions
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, analytics patterns, and training artifacts
- Incorporate training feedback into iterative improvement of analytics products and instructional materials
- Model best practices for Army Vantage permissions, classification handling, and reuse during training demonstrations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field
- 3–6 years’ experience in data analytics, software development, or data engineering
- Working proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building dashboards, data transformations, or analytical workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms or low-code/no-code tools
- Ability to follow analytics standards and documentation practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Palantir Foundry or Army Vantage (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting training events, workshops, or user enablement
- Familiarity with Git/code repositories and data visualization tools
- Prior experience in government, DoD, or regulated environments
