Senior Data Analyst: FP&A

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support Finance and Operations by transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver financial analysis, build dashboards, and develop scalable data solutions that drive decision-making and improve business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and experienced in BI tools, SQL, and modern data platforms, with a passion for enhancing reporting, forecasting, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance or related fields
• Experience in data analysis, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and SQL
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; Python or similar tools a plus

• Analyze and translate complex data into actionable business and financial insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Optimize data processes, SQL queries, and reporting efficiency
  
  

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
