What You Will Do:
- Serves as key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information

Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports

Identifies data trends and makes recommendations for quality improvement

Parses, validates and scrubs data of widely differing formats

Analyzes structured and unstructured data for business insight
What You Will Need:
Education:
-
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
-
3 years of experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree, strongly Prefer Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Computer or Information Science, Physics, Behavioral and Social Sciences, Workforce/People Analytics, Marketing Analytics or other related technical or quantitative fields

Tools, programing languages: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Google Cloud Patform.

Data manipulation: proficient in cleaning, organizing and transforming raw data into structured formats (joins, aggregations, window functions, and CTEs), and Healthcare Data experience (EHR, Billing, Claims, Registry, etc)
