Senior Data Analyst (Project-Based / Contractual)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a project-based engagement. The role will start upon project award and is limited to the project duration. The Senior Data Analyst will analyze complex business and operational data, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business insights and executive decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, including queries, metrics, and visualizations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to drive operational and strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and stakeholders to support advanced analytics initiatives.
• Support documentation of analysis methods, data definitions, and business logic.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with large-scale data sets and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of KSA-specific data privacy and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is beneficial.

Engagement Model

• Project-based / contractual role
• Engagement begins upon project award and continues for the project duration
• Full-time commitment during active project phases
