Senior Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary:
Data Experts 360 W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead data strategy, advanced analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across multiple client projects. This role is responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business performance, decision-making, and growth. What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence projects for internal and client needs
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks
• Collaborate with business, IT, and product teams to define analytics requirements
• Oversee data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across reporting systems
• Guide and mentor data analysts and junior analytics team members
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support automation of reporting and advanced analytics solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate data insights into business strategies
• Experience managing analytics teams or projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Python, R, or cloud data platforms is an advantage

Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD3,800.000 per month
