Role Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration flows for the ARM product. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, performance, security, and compliance while supporting L3 production activities, automation, and continuous improvements in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for claims and remittance data

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with internal and third-party systems

Collaborate with external vendors to resolve data and service disruptions

Monitor, tune, and optimize data processing and storage performance

Support environment setup and maintenance (prod & non-prod)

Develop automation scripts for data jobs and workflows

Enhance CI/CD pipelines for data-related deployments

Implement minor enhancements and feature requests (<80 hours)

Ensure compliance with PHI/PII security and regulatory standards

Participate in reporting and track key delivery metrics

Collaborate with global teams with overlap in US business hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

6+ years of experience in Data Engineering

Strong experience with SQL Server (2019/2022) and relational databases

Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation

Experience with AWS/Azure services (EC2, AMS)

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT and data pipeline orchestration

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory)

Experience with logging & monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, Splunk)

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Knowledge of healthcare data compliance (PHI/PII)

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, or big data technologies

Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing

Experience in healthcare claims or financial data domains

Understanding of regression test automation for data validation

Familiarity with vulnerability management and KPI-driven delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
