Full-time position

Hybrid (4 days/month onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a fast-growing team building a sophisticated financial data platform. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/LLMs, NLP, and Financial Data , developing scalable systems that transform complex financial documents into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize ETL pipelines, data workflows, and performance metrics

• Design and implement scalable data storage, warehousing, and cloud strategies

• Improve data quality, reliability, and governance processes

• Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Analytics teams to optimize cloud compute and storage

• Build and maintain systems that power AI-driven financial data extraction and delivery

What We're Looking For

✔️ 7+ years of Data Engineering experience in technology, finance, or startup environments

✔️ Strong Python development experience in production environments

✔️ Hands-on experience with Prefect or similar orchestration tools

✔️ Expertise in SQL, databases, data warehouses, and ETL frameworks

✔️ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality practices

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

➕ AWS experience

➕ REST API and GraphQL development experience

➕ Financial services or financial data domain expertise
