We are looking for a Senior Data Entry and Campaign Operations Manager who will take full ownership of our data and campaign execution processes. This is not a routine coordination role. You will define workflows, lead operational strategy, and ensure that every dataset and campaign delivers measurable value.

You will lead a skilled team, bridge operational execution with business goals, and act as the key driver of efficiency, accuracy, and performance across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Ownership
Lead and oversee all data entry and campaign coordination processes across multiple projects and platforms.

Process Optimization
Design and implement efficient workflows that improve accuracy, turnaround time, and overall operational performance.

Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data specialists and coordinators. Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous improvement feedback.

Campaign Execution
Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Monitor performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Data Quality and Reporting
Maintain high standards of data accuracy. Generate reports and insights to support business decisions.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams and clients. Clearly communicate operational updates, challenges, and solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 to 10 years in data operations, campaign coordination, or business operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills
Strong experience with Excel, data management systems, CRM tools, and reporting platforms.

Leadership Ability
Proven ability to manage teams, improve processes, and deliver consistent results in a fast paced environment.

Attention to Detail
Exceptional accuracy and ability to manage large volumes of data without compromising quality.

Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills required for internal coordination and reporting.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
