AIRLIFT NORTHWEST has an outstanding job opportunity for a Senior Data Integration & Analytics Manager position.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 100% FTE – 40 hours per week
  • Day Shift – CORE SERVICE HOURS ARE 08:00 – 17:00 (PST), Monday-Friday

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, data pipelines and integrations across healthcare, aviation, and operational systems
  • Develop predictive models and analytics to optimize crew scheduling, aircraft deployment, and mission planning for air medical operations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, and Python to support real-time decision-making
  • Establish data governance protocols and conduct training to enhance data literacy and ensure data integrity across clinical and administrative teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, data integration, or informatics roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • Healthcare data systems integration and management
    • SQL, ETL processes, and API development
    • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
    • Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
    • HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

$120,240.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$159,600.00 annual
