We provide consulting services and Technology implementation accompanied by a set of tools that we have developed to help our clients achieve their desired goals.
Currently, we are on the lookout for a
(Senior Data Management Consultant)
that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising and guiding organizations on the implementation of data management frameworks, methodologies, and policies in accordance with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards.
Responsibilities:

Profound knowledge of data management frameworks, methodologies, and the standards and policies of the National Data Management Office (NDMO), along with their practical implementation.

Provide guidance and consultation on implementing data management frameworks, methodologies, and policies in alignment with NDMO standards and requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess current data management practices and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement tailored data strategies and solutions to address data governance, and data privacy challenges.

Strong understanding of privacy principles, policies, and laws governing personal data protection (PDPL).

Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to support compliance with NDMO requirements and enhance data management capabilities.

Work closely with IT teams to evaluate and select data management tools and technologies.

Expertise in data classification and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of data classification processes.

Ability to conduct compliance assessments and generate comprehensive reports.

Implement data management frameworks and methodologies in line with NDMO standards.

Drive compliance with National Data Index (NDI) requirements and lead initiatives to improve organizational NDI scores.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on data management.

Strong experience in Reference & Master Data Management (RDM/MDM) including design, governance workflows, and golden record creation.

Practical expertise in Data Quality: profiling, monitoring, scorecards, and remediation.

Proven background in Analytics & BI: building pipelines, governed datasets, and dashboards.

Hands-on experience with metadata management, data lineage, and catalogs.

Proficiency in modern data platforms (cloud, warehouse, lakehouse) and integration tools.

Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Define integration patterns, storage/compute layers, and data security models.

Establish enterprise data architecture standards aligned with digital transformation strategies.

Work closely with enterprise architects to ensure interoperability and reusability.
Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar degree.

5-7 years of experience in data management, data governance, and data privacy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
Preferable Certificates:
-
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
