About the Role
We are seeking two Senior Data Management Engineers to join our data governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating our Informatica Cloud environment, ensuring high-quality, well-governed data across the organization. You will play a critical role in enforcing governance policies, enriching metadata, and maintaining the integrity of our enterprise data catalog.
What You'll Do

Operate and administer Informatica Cloud modules including IDQ (Data Quality) and EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) on a daily basis.
- Perform metadata enrichment, data lineage mapping, and enterprise catalog management to ensure discoverability and traceability of data assets.
- Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules, profiling routines, and scorecards to monitor and improve data health.
- Develop and execute data cleansing and standardization workflows to ensure consistency across enterprise datasets.
- Enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with data stewards, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and align on governance standards.
- Monitor and report on data quality KPIs and catalog coverage metrics to leadership and the data owner.
- Support onboarding of new data sources into the governance framework, including profiling, classification, and policy assignment.
What We're Looking For

4-6+ years of hands-on experience in data management, data quality, or data governance roles.
- Strong proficiency with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (IDQ) and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
- Demonstrated experience building and managing data quality rules, cleansing workflows, and standardization pipelines.
- Solid understanding of metadata management concepts including data lineage, business glossary, and data classification.
- Experience working within a data governance framework and familiarity with governance best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for data investigation, validation, and quality analysis.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) platform architecture.
- Familiarity with SDAIA/NDMO data governance compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integration with Informatica Cloud.
- Experience working in a healthcare or government data environment.
- Informatica or DAMA CDMP certification is a strong plus.
