We are seeking two Senior Data Management Engineers to join our data governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating our Informatica Cloud environment, ensuring high-quality, well-governed data across the organization. You will play a critical role in enforcing governance policies, enriching metadata, and maintaining the integrity of our enterprise data catalog.</div><div></div><div><br>

Operate and administer Informatica Cloud modules including IDQ (Data Quality) and EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Perform metadata enrichment, data lineage mapping, and enterprise catalog management to ensure discoverability and traceability of data assets.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules, profiling routines, and scorecards to monitor and improve data health.</li>
<li>Develop and execute data cleansing and standardization workflows to ensure consistency across enterprise datasets.</li>
<li>Enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with data stewards, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and align on governance standards.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on data quality KPIs and catalog coverage metrics to leadership and the data owner.</li>
<li>Support onboarding of new data sources into the governance framework, including profiling, classification, and policy assignment.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
</div><div><b>What We're Looking For</b></div><ul>
<li>
4-6+ years of hands-on experience in data management, data quality, or data governance roles.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (IDQ) and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building and managing data quality rules, cleansing workflows, and standardization pipelines.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of metadata management concepts including data lineage, business glossary, and data classification.</li>
<li>Experience working within a data governance framework and familiarity with governance best practices.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL for data investigation, validation, and quality analysis.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

</b></div><ul><li>Experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) platform architecture.</li>
