Now we are looking for a Vendor Liaison for our client.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between internal IT teams and third-party vendors for application support and integration-related activities.
- Coordinate vendor support activities, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor the health and performance of enterprise integrations, identifying and coordinating the resolution of issues before they impact business operations.
- Track vendor performance against agreed SLAs and prepare regular service and performance reports.
- Support middleware and integration operations by troubleshooting interface failures and coordinating issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operational continuity.
- Analyze application and integration issues using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools to facilitate root cause identification.
- Support change management activities related to integrations, vendor releases, and application enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, vendor communications, operational procedures, and incident records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process and operational enhancements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise application support, vendor management, or integration support.
- Experience supporting Oracle ERP environments.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including troubleshooting integration issues.
- Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira for incident, problem, and change management.
- Familiarity with Integration Monitoring Tools for monitoring interface health and performance.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools for service reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, SLA management, middleware operations, enterprise integrations, and incident management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and coordination skills.
