Senior Data Modeler / Data Architect

• Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
• Duration: Full-time
• Domain: Banking
• Salary: $150K
• Experience Required: 15+ Years

Primary Skills

• Must Have:
• Data Vault (Hubs, Links, Satellites, historical tracking)
• Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, physical models)
• Tools: Power Designer / ERWin / ER/Studio
• Cloud Azure (Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse)
• Good to Have:
• Databricks

Responsibilities

• Design & develop enterprise-scale data models using Data Vault.
• Build and optimize data lake/lakehouse solutions.
• Translate business requirements into models (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Implement normalization, denormalization, integration best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists.
• Document models, flows, integration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IS, or related.
• Strong Data Vault + Azure cloud expertise.
• Data warehousing, lakehouse, ETL understanding.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Azure/Databricks (preferred).
