Senior Data Research Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Senior Data Researcher to lead our prospecting and contact enrichment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and extract relevant profiles from LinkedIn based on target criteria (industry, role, geography, etc.)
• Use platforms like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc. to gather verified email IDs, phone numbers, and company details
• Standardize, de-duplicate, and validate data to ensure accuracy and usability
• Maintain and update lead sheets, CRM entries, and campaign lists with precision
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and outreach teams to align data with campaign goals
• Recommend and implement improvements in data sourcing and hygiene workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in data research.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning and formatting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
