Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to analyze, model, and generate actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

Data Analysis & Strategy

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to sales, marketing, operations, and customer behavior.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data models and solutions.
• Identify trends and patterns to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Model Development & Insights

• Develop predictive models (e.g., lead conversion, retention, demand forecasting).
• Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to management.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize campaigns and workflows.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Create dashboards and automated reports for leadership.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Implement best practices for data collection, storage, and security.
• Continuously explore new tools and technologies for optimized analytics.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide them on technical and analytical practices.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Data Scientist or Senior Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Preference: Female candidates preferred.
