Senior Data Scientist

○ Framing use cases with business teams, validating data availability, and translating business requirements into robust pipelines and architectures.

○ Explaining analytical and AI approaches in clear and pragmatic terms, highlighting feasibility, risks, and ROI.

○ Designing and implementing analytical solutions (including machine learning and GenAI) that create measurable business impact.

○ Conducting thorough data processing and data modeling, effectively applying analytical and AI solutions to achieve business outcomes.

○ Ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and production-ready by applying software engineering and MLOps best practices.

○ Visualizing and communicating outcomes for executive-level audiences.

• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and prioritize for maximum impact.

• Experience managing more junior resources and allocating tasks

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in data science, machine learning, mathematics, computer science, software engineering, or related fields.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions within the telecom domain.

• Deep professional understanding of customer analytics and related metrics within telco or another consumer facing firm.
