Are you a seasoned Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI/ML engineering and a passion for building scalable, intelligent solutions? Join our team as a Senior Data Scientist - AI/ML Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced machine learning models for real-world applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning model development, and deployment.
• Proven expertise in Azure ML , Dataiku , and Azure OpenAI ; experience with other LLMs is a strong plus.
• Strong programming and coding skills, particularly in Python , with deep knowledge of Pandas and NumPy .
• Advanced proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch .
• Experience in building, training, and fine-tuning ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and generative tasks.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and deployment on Azure .
• Solid understanding of statistics, data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
  
  

Responsibilities:

AI/ML Model Development:
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using Azure ML, Dataiku, and Python-based frameworks. Apply deep learning techniques for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Cloud-Based Deployment:
Deploy models on Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Integrate models into enterprise platforms and data pipelines.

Data Engineering & Feature Design:
Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines.

Model Monitoring & Optimization:
Implement monitoring systems for model performance and drift. Continuously improve models through retraining, hyperparameter tuning, and architecture enhancements.

Collaboration & Code Quality:
Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions. Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Education & Experience:

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or energy is a plus.
