Roles and Responsibilities:

Database Administration support for business-critical applications in Single/Multitenant Architecture.

Administer Oracle Databases on different operating systems including but not limited to: Linux and Windows

Install, Upgrade/Patching and Configure Oracle Server 12c/19c/21c RAC on multi node systems to meet Availability SLAs

Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Control.

Implement backup strategy to meet SLAs.

Ability to Implement Security Best Practices to meet compliance requirements.

Develop and support database maintenance scripts

Develop and maintain database design and support documentation

Ability to configure Oracle HA options,performance tuning, including ADG, FSFO, And Goldengate

Provide 24×7 on-call support

Ideally Oracle Certified Professional with more than 8 years’ experience in Oracle Database Administration of 12c/ 19c /21c Oracle 13c Grid Control, Goldengate

Operating system experience in Linux

Oracle GI & RAC administration

Strong Unix scripting using BASH/Python

Excellent Problem Solving, Communication skills, Self-starter, ability to work in a team as well as take individual responsibility

Preferred Skills:

Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture Experience

Ability to install, configure and maintain Golden Gate replication in single and bi-directional.

Database Administrator experience with PostgreSQL

Exposure to Oracle implementation in Cloud (Azure/OCI/ExaC@C)
