Senior DataPower Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Senior Data Power Consultant. As a Senior Data Power Consultant, and will be primarily responsible for designing, building, testing, supporting and maintaining software applications, configuring and securing DataPower appliances and infrastructureand will be a subject matter expert (SME) in IBM DataPower and professional with development and design experience

Required Qualifications and Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Phoenix, AZ. This position may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in IBM DataPower with experience in application development and production support.
• Experience in XI52, IDG, X3 device. Working knowledge on other devices like XB50/52 and XC10 are added as an advantage.
• Experience in creating WSP, XFW, MPGW, FSH and Log targets.
• Experience to work with AAA policy.
• Experience in working with Certificates and Encryption.
• Experience in programming in XSLT, proficient in XML, sound knowledge on SOA, JavaScript, Webservices, SOAP, WSDL & REST.
• Familiarity with JSON to XML, XML to JSON, and JSON to SOAP transformations using XSLT's.
• Experience in creating XML schema, JSON schema and development using XSLT and WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) and configuration using DataPower
• Experience in Error Handling and troubleshooting in DataPower
• Experience in DP Extension functions.
• Experience in SoapUI, Postman and other testing tools for DataPower. Knowledge in JMeter is an added advantage.
• Experience in in software lifecycle management and understanding of testing process.
• Experience in Splunk and ELF.
• Experience in Design, build, test, document, and implement software applications
• Experience in Troubleshoot issues
• Provide development, production support, maintenance and technical consulting for software components & infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of cloud native platforms and tools - AWS & AWS API Gateway
• IBM WebSphere MQ knowledge
• IBM DataPower certified is good to have.
• Knowledge on load balancing functionality, VIPs.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
