(Senior) DDX (Data-Driven Experience) Specialist, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsibility and accountability for the development, delivery, implementation reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to achieve key business objectives across identified brands in HCP centric business models

  • Deployment and Administration of CRM / CLM Tools for Medical Visitors (Veeva)
  • HCP data management: Users management; profiles, roles, validation rules, etc.
  • Territory Management - Territory alignment
  • Loading data via Data loader - template
  • Creation of Survey and Advanced Coaching Report
  • Control administrative procedures for HCP centric field structures
  • Creating reports and dashboards
  • Develop and drive Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data. Adapt the segmentation to balance investments and geographical needs for each business unit →
  • Support with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonus schemes for field teams across all brands
  • Help with the creation of cycle plans (data extraction, loading of the MCCP)
  • Merch beauty tech services & website strategy to enrich consumer emgagement for support data agenda
  • Seek for new white spaces to enhance data pool and consumer experience in division digital entities and generate partnership opportunities
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • For specialist minimum 1 years, and for senior specialist minimum 3 years of experience in media and digital functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Consumer-centric point of view
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
