Senior Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Project Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and stakeholder communication to final delivery and customer handover.

- Configuration & Customization: Implement and configure Penta-b products, including low-code customization to meet client needs.

- Technical Development: Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, configure, and deliver reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.

- Team Leadership: Supervise junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth collaboration within delivery teams.

- Technical Involvement: Interfere directly in complex technical challenges, providing solutions and best practices.

- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects run on time, within scope, and at high quality standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the single point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

- DevOps & Deployment: Work with #Docker, #CI #CD pipelines, and cloud/on-prem environments to ensure seamless delivery.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor delivery outcomes, identify risks, and ensure continuous improvements across processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Engineer / Technical Delivery Lead / Senior Software Engineer with project ownership.

- Strong development background in #backend (#Java, #Spring_Boot) and #frontend (#React).

- Hands-on expertise with #Camunda #BPM (BPMN, DMN, process orchestration).

- Experience configuring and customizing enterprise products and low-code platforms.

- Solid knowledge of #Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and #DevOps practices.

-Experience with #reports and #dashboards (BI tools, custom reporting frameworks).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.

- Excellent communication skills to serve as a focal point across technical and business teams.

- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional projects.
