We Are Hiring – Senior Delivery Leader (Banking & Digital Transformation)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Duration: 14 Months (Full-Time)

Start Date: 20 January 2026 – 20 January 2027

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Delivery Leader with extensive experience in Financial Services, Digital Channels, and Payments to lead high-impact transformation programs for Tier 1 banks in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements

✔ 18+ years of experience in Financial Services, specifically delivering digital channels & payments

✔ Strong program governance leadership, working closely with CIOs and senior banking executives

✔ Proven cloud migration delivery experience for a Tier 1 bank

✔ Demonstrated capability in data platforms delivery for large-scale banking environments

✔ Solid track record of delivery leadership within KSA

✔ Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia (personal travel self-funded)

✔ Experience collaborating with international teams, especially CIC India

✔ Strong C-suite client relationship management skills within KSA

✔ Understanding of IBM compliance requirements and adherence to regulatory frameworks
