  • If you say, "I can generate volume- and value-based forecasts for my product group by applying the S&OP process,"
  • If you're eager to review the system-generated baseline forecast based on statistical calculations, improve it when necessary, and align it with Sales,
  • If you say, "I regularly maintain the forecasting system for the markets I'm responsible for,"
  • If you're enthusiastic about regularly tracking forecast accuracy and using KPIs to improve it,
  • If you're motivated to work with Sales on long-term forecasts and provide guidance for supply and capacity planning,
  • If you say, "I can identify demand and supply risks, share them with stakeholders, and coordinate necessary actions,"

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • If you are a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or Statistics,
  • If you have at least 4 years of experience in Demand Planning,
  • If you have a good command of English (both written and spoken),
  • If you actively use MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP programs,
  • If you have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and describe yourself as proactive and inquisitive,
  • If you have strong persuasion skills and an effective communication style,
