Demand Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist.


The requirements for the successful candidate are:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fiels.
  • 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience in SAP (ERP/APO/IBP) is a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.


The key duties of the successful candidate are:


  • Prepare, analyze and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance teams to gather market insights and align demand plans.
  • Conduct regular demand review meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify gaps and implement improvement actions.
  • Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to ensure supply-demand balance.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility on demand trends.
  • Ensure that Supply Chain teams are informed, guided and aligned with the priorities of Marketing and Sales, while securing the accuracy of plans.
