A Day in the Life
As a
Demand Planner
in our Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving supply chain excellence. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead demand planning activities to ensure optimal customer service, cost efficiency, and stock quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to build accurate forecasts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

Global Sales Forecasting: Lead and ensure the high quality and consistency of the global monthly sales forecast process, including baseline management and integrating promotional/new product launches through stakeholder consensus.

Catalog & Demand Management: Oversee comprehensive catalog rationalization and optimize demand planning to achieve excellent customer service, cost efficiency, and stock quality.

Operational Supply Chain Excellence: Drive operational excellence within the supply chain by optimizing flows, enhancing flexibility, and meticulously managing costs.

Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving sales forecasting practices and methodologies.

Strategic Collaboration: Build strong consensus among cross-functional stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives.

Leadership & Resource Management (where applicable): Manage and develop teams while effectively sizing structures, resources, and budgets.

Proactive & Consumer-Oriented Approach: Foster a consumer-centric mindset, anticipate business needs, and operate responsibly within L'Oréal's standards.
We Are Looking For
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Operations, with expertise in demand planning and forecasting.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in tools like SAP and advanced Excel.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
