The Role: Senior CAD Designer

You will be responsible for designing complex, high-level dental prosthetics and restorations with precision, creativity, and technical mastery. This role goes far beyond routine design work - you will be trusted with the most demanding and rewarding cases, where detail, accuracy, and artistry matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly design full-arch restorations, All-on-X cases, implant bars and bridges, crowns, veneers, dentures, and complex anterior cases using advanced CAD systems including 3Shape and Exocad.
• Collaborate directly with dentists, implant surgeons, and technicians to ensure functional and esthetic excellence.
• Utilize your deep understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and prosthetic design to solve complex challenges with precision.
• Uphold and refine laboratory quality standards for consistency and excellence.
• Mentor and support junior CAD designers, sharing expertise and elevating the entire team’s performance.
• Stay at the forefront of digital dentistry trends and innovations to continually enhance workflows and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive CAD Experience – Mastery of 3Shape & Exocad.
• Proven Expertise in All-on-X and Full-Mouth Restorations – You have handled the most challenging cases with confidence and precision.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant-supported prosthetics.
• Track record of delivering consistent, esthetic, and functional results under deadlines.
• A team-first mentality, balanced with the ability to lead and mentor others.
