Senior Depot Resident Engineer

• Supervision of Civil, MEP & Track works of the contractor as per the drawings, specification and work schedule specified in the contract.
• Preparation of daily work report for the client.
• Interfacing with other contractors (Rolling Stock, Plant & Machinery, Track, Signaling, Telecom etc.) to ensure that the Depot when completed has all the intended functionalities.
• Checking the day-to-day activity at site and supervising the engineers at site.
• Approving of handing over checklist for the various structures.
• Holding daily, weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Depot and other contractors
• Review Project schedule and mitigation plans for any delays.
• Prepare integrated schedule for the Depot .
• Resolving the issues related to drawings and vendor approval.

Ensuring that the contractor follows the safety norms and procedures.

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
