The project:

This is a large mixed-use development that holds a diverse asset portfolio inclusive of retail and entertainment, residential apartments, business parks, hospitality offerings and community facilities.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering the design excellence by managing resources, driving strategic outcomes, and nurturing client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance through robust design systems, contributing to sustainable business growth.
• Leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes and sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
• Being the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.
• Managing the design strategy and coordination from the concept masterplan stage through to detailed design, ensuring the delivery of a world-class, mixed-use urban environment.
• Acting as the primary interface between the client, master planners, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is aligned with strategic objectives.
• Contributing to the preparation of design briefs, RFPs, and evaluation of consultant proposals.
• Champion of the design excellence, sustainability, and innovation across all project components, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

You'll need to have:

• Degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Chartered or working towards professional membership (e.g., RIBA, RICS, CIOB).
• Proven leadership in complex project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of design gateways, construction, safety, and sustainability standards.
