Senior Design Manager - Treatment Facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. Chartered / Professional License preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in major infrastructure projects; with consultancy experience in leading, developing, and managing and delivering design of large-scale treatment facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide management oversight for all phases of the design projects and ensuring that specifications are being followed.
• Provide technical support on the design, optimization, and implementation strategies for projects related to the treatment facilities for foul/wastewater and/or storm/groundwater and TSE Pump Stations and pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of design procedures and their implementation.
• Draft, review or recommend any design related documents as required.
• Review and recommend upon various designs throughout the lifetime of a project.
• Review and ensure that design principles are incorporated and applied.
• Experience of managing full design cycle for different kinds of solutions and advanced technologies for primary/secondary/tertiary treatments.
• Experience and knowledge in the design of components (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, and Automation) of the treatment facilities.
