We are looking for a Senior Designer who can lead design initiatives across social media, web, and mobile platforms. Role Overview:

As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-focused designs that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This hybrid role merges UI/UX design with social media creative direction, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects — from interactive web and mobile interfaces to high-impact social campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure every design solution aligns with brand goals, enhances engagement, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Visual Design:

• Design high-quality graphics, including posts, ads, banners, and stories for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
• Create custom graphics, reels overlays, and video elements that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while adapting visuals for different platforms.

UI/UX & Product Design:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Apply UX research and testing to continuously improve usability and aesthetics.
• Maintain design documentation, including brand style guides and component libraries.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement creative direction and visual strategies.
• Lead brainstorming and critique sessions to guide junior designers and ensure design excellence.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent creative experience).
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in design, including UI/UX and social media design.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and related tools.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proven ability to design responsive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
• Expertise in creating engaging visuals for social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and visual design work (Portfolio link required — applications without one will not be considered).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or basic animation.
• Familiarity with Canva or other quick-turnaround design tools.
• Knowledge of 3D or interactive design is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
