Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. We have more than 350 team members in six countries and thirteen offices — Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
Bully Pulpit International (BPI) is seeking a full time Senior Designer to join our growing Creative team in Washington DC. In this position, you will design and lead the development of high-end persuasion advertising, social and digital content across multiple clients, ranging from corporations to campaigns to issue-based advocacy groups.
We are looking for someone who is imaginative, innovative, and driven by a passion for finding creative solutions to big problems. You’re just as comfortable designing a social media campaign or rebrand as you are a motion graphic or data visualization.
The perfect candidate is someone who is not afraid to challenge themselves and push the envelope, setting big goals and finding new ways to take advantage of the ever-expanding digital space and tools.
