Tresori Concept Store is looking for a creative and client-focused Senior Designer / Sales professional to join our team. This role combines design expertise with sales excellence, delivering personalized design solutions while driving store performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail furniture sales or client advisory roles.
• Basic understanding of space planning or ability to suggest layout configurations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, providing product knowledge and tailored design suggestions.
• Create layout proposals and coordinate with clients on customizations.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Maintain and update CRM with client details, leads, and project progress.
• Perform follow-ups via email, calls, and messaging to convert leads into sales.
• Support showroom merchandising, product displays, and sample/material management.
• Engage with real estate agencies, designers, and developers to promote offerings.
• Assist the design team with mood boards, proposals, and large-scale projects.
• Track project information, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Attend internal meetings and training to enhance coordination and client service.
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide performance updates to management.
