REQUIREMENTS

• Two years IT troubleshooting experience
• A hunger to constantly learn and improve
• A commitment to exceptional customer service
• Frequent travel between in-state clients; occasional out of state work

PREFERENCES

• Field experience with WiFi/cabling deployments
• Basic network management experience
• Printer installation and troubleshooting experience
• Computer imaging experience including WDS
• Ability to consistently terminate ethernet cable properly
• Ability to cross connect wires on a 66 block
• Active Directory Management Proficiency
• Ability to setup and manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc
• Experience deploying and managing firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points
• Basic PBX management experience
• Technology-related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
