Senior Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in life insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain life insurance software solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and operations.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to system architecture and solution design.

Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of software development experience, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React/Angular,.NET Core).
• Understanding of database systems (Oracle SQL).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA /Microsoft Project
