Senior Developer - Business Intelligence

Essential Skills:

• 8+ years in BI / Analytics / Reporting, with strong handson delivery.
• Deep expertise in Power BI and DAX.
• Strong experience working with MicroStrategy (Strategy) for reporting and analytics.
• Strong experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics architectures.
• Proven experience in CPG and Financial Reporting / FP&A domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in LA at least 3 days per week.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience migrating or modernizing Strategy to Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Background in retail, consumer products, or mediaadjacent environments.

Qualifications:

• At least 8+ years of experience in BI/Analytics/Reporting, with strong handson delivery in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, datasets, and dashboard development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
• Demonstrated continued learning through BI/analytics certifications (Power BI, MicroStrategy, or related tools).
