Senior Devops Engineer

Tekboox US base IT company urgently looking to hire Senior Devops Engineer to lead the design, automation, and security of complex cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), microservices architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices—driving scalability, resilience, and compliance for mission-critical applications

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, secure, and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters with advanced scaling and security hardening.
• Design and manage microservices-based architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automated and repeatable deployments.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices with SonarQube, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage AWS Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for high availability, replication, and backup strategies.
• Design and implement active/active disaster recovery (DR) solutions for minimal downtime.
• Build and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline) with zero-downtime deployments.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and ELK stack for monitoring and incident response.
• Enforce zero-trust security models, IAM best practices, and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Automate operational workflows for efficiency and rapid recovery.
• Manage advanced AWS networking: VPC, Transit Gateway, API Gateway, Route53, Load Balancers, Auto-Scaling.
• Conduct post-incident forensics and root cause analysis to enhance resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and microservices orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, and immutable infrastructure patterns.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools (SonarQube, Burp Suite, etc.).
• Advanced AWS expertise across EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS (Aurora), DynamoDB, S3, EFS, Secrets Manager, KMS, Cognito, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Step Functions.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python and Bash.
• Proven expertise in cloud security, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and distributed systems optimization skills.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

· AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

· AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Timing:1pm to 10PM (Onsite 5days a week)
