Job Summary:

Infios is looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Infios, a Koerber company. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployments. You will lead initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance across environments while mentoring junior engineers

What a day in the life looks like:

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) adoption using Terraform.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (preferably with Rancher, EKS, AKS).
• Implement and maintain deployment automation and configuration management (preferably Ansible).
• Ensure cloud infrastructure reliability and security (AWS preferred, GCP acceptable).
• Oversee networking fundamentals in cloud environments.
• Administer and optimize Linux servers, databases (MongoDB preferred), and application runtime environments.
• Implement and monitor APM and observability platforms (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery pipelines and production stability.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers on best practices.
• The role may require working in shifts on an as-needed basis, depending on business requirements.

What you bring to the team:

• 8+ years in DevOps roles with progressive responsibility.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes (with Rancher or similar orchestration)
  • Deployment automation tools (Ansible, Helm, etc.)
  • AWS (preferred) or GCP
  • Linux administration & shell scripting
  • Cloud networking concepts (VPC, subnets, firewalls, load balancers)
• Experience with APM & Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Familiarity with logging and alerting systems .
• Knowledge of database administration (MongoDB a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

• Exposure to service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
• Security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Experience with incident management and on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with cost optimization in cloud environments.
